Rubi 隐私政策与会员服务说明

1. 权限与本地数据处理（浏览器扩展与桌面端）

• 网页正文按需读取（activeTab）：仅当您主动点击查词、快捷键触发段落翻译或开启注音时，扩展才会在本地读取当前页面的可见文本，绝不在后台监控或上传您的浏览历史。
• 本地存储（storage）：您的词典偏好、界面设置及自备 API Key（BYOK 模式）均加密保存在您本机设备中。

2. Rubi Pro 托管 AI 与会员订阅服务

• 会员权益：开通 Rubi Pro 月度会员（¥9.90/月）或年度会员（¥100.00/年）后，无需自行配置第三方 API Key，即可在全家族产品中直接使用官方托管 AI 词汇深度讲解与多端配置同步。每月的 AI 用量按实际消耗计量（约可完成 4,000 次查词讲解；段落翻译等较长的请求消耗更多），按自然月重置，设置页会显示本月已用百分比与大约还可查词的次数。
• Pro 模式下经过我们的数据：仅当您选择「Rubi Pro（官方）」模式时，您主动查询的词语、所在句子或段落会通过 HTTPS 发送至我们的网关 api.rubi.hk，并由网关转发给上游 AI 服务商（当前为 DeepSeek）生成回答。网关不会存储或记录任何查询文本或 AI 回答，仅记录每次请求的时间、字符数与 token 用量，用于额度结算与防滥用（保留 90 天）。「自备 API 密钥」模式下，您的任何文本都不会经过我们的服务器。
• 我们保存的账户信息：订单号、套餐、支付宝交易号与支付时间；您在下单时自愿填写的邮箱（用于发送收据与找回密钥）；以及 Rubi Pro 密钥的哈希值（我们无法还原密钥明文，明文仅在支付结果页展示 24 小时）。我们不会向任何第三方出售或共享这些信息。
• 支付与退款说明：本站接入支付宝（Alipay）官方收银台进行人民币结算，我们不接触您的支付宝账户或银行卡信息。您可在官网凭订单号查询支付状态；如需退款或遇到入账异常，请附订单号发送邮件至官方客服邮箱，全额退款后对应的会员时长将被收回。

4. Privacy Policy (English Summary)

Rubi browser extensions (Rubi English, Rubi Japanese, Rubi Korean, Rubi Chinese) and the Rubi macOS companion app process webpage text only when you actively invoke a lookup, furigana annotation, or translation. Personal settings and BYOK API keys remain stored on your local device, and in bring-your-own-key mode no text ever reaches our servers. With Rubi Pro, the words, sentences or paragraphs you look up are sent over HTTPS to our gateway at api.rubi.hk, which forwards them to the upstream AI provider (currently DeepSeek) and streams the answer back. The gateway does not store or log any query text or answers; it keeps only per-request counts (time, character and token counts) for quota accounting and abuse prevention, retained for 90 days. We keep your order details, the email you optionally provide, and a hash of your Rubi Pro key. Payments are settled by Alipay; we never see your payment credentials.
